Thanks to a post at Niche Nana I discovered this interesting site. http://www.googleadsensehighpayingkeywords.com/ They list 100′s of very high value keywords. You can do the research yourself with the keyword tool, but this site has done a lot of work for you.
Straight from Google, we now know that Google shares 68% of the Adsense Revenue with the Publisher (you). Specifically Google described it like this:
AdSense for content publishers, who make up the vast majority of our AdSense publishers, earn a 68% revenue share worldwide. This means we pay 68% of the revenue that we collect from advertisers for AdSense for content ads that appear on your sites. The remaining portion that we keep reflects Google’s costs for our continued investment in AdSense — including the development of new technologies, products and features that help maximize the earnings you generate from these ads. It also reflects the costs we incur in building products and features that enable our AdWords advertisers to serve ads on our AdSense partner sites. Since launching AdSense for content in 2003, this revenue share has never changed.
Combine these pieces of information to create websites, blog posts or revenue sharing articles on sites like infobarrel that use high value keywords that will generate seriously high value clicks.
There is a definite theme to high value keywords. Insurance, lawyers, mortgages, debt refinance, medical treatments, webhosting and other higher value purchase/high profit businesses can afford to spend more on ad clicks. Write about these topics and you will do well.
Here is another tip worth trying. Webanswers shares Adsense revenue with members who include their Adsense code. It is a lot like Yahoo answers, but you get paid!
Check the high value keywords list, then go to WebAnswers.com and answer questions that relate to insurance, lawyers, mortgages, etc. Where possible work specific high value Adsense keywords into your answers and watch the clicks roll in. See this post on how to use WebAnswers effectively.

Oooh, didn’t know about this ranking site – had been previously been using Spyfu’s top ppc keywords. You’re definitely spot on about utilizing a list like this to go after those big click keywords.
Combined with the traffic and wide range of topics, writing on these subjects and definitely pull in some money.

It was new to me too. I’m sure there are other sources like the one you mentioned too. You can even find them yourself with a little trial and error. Values change of course over time but the areas with the top value keywords should stay the same.
