Infobarrel is an up and coming Web 2.0 crowd sourced content site. Anyone can write at infobarrel but they do screen submissions from new writers for quality (a really good thing).
I’ve been with Infobarrel for a few months, ever since Pat Flynn at Smart Passive Income recommended the Infobarrel site. I found it pleasant to use and easy to navigate. I’ve not put a lot of articles up (only due to being busy in other parts of my business) but I’ve made a few bucks from Google Adsense so far. Earnings are totally scalable – write more on good topics and earn more. Better yet, write the article and forget it. The passive income will follow.
Here are two travel articles I’ve authored on Infobarrel: 8 Ways to Pass the Time in the Airport and Ceuta.
Suggested topics is an interesting feature. The site even has a few category pages that you can claim. I claimed this one: Prophecy. Pretty clear that having your page linked off the home page as a category helps get you more views.
If you plan to join Infobarrel and write for residual income, here is my referral link. I’ll earn a whopping 2% of adsense impressions from your work if you use this link, so please write A LOT so I can earn a very little bit too! I’ll even link to some of your articles if you join through this link.
If you decide to try Infobarrel, all the best and I’ll be checking out your articles.

Update: I’ve put a big push on Infobarrel now and am pleased with how the site operates. Definitely my favorite revenue share site now.
I was browsing to find reviews about IB. I found your blog on the first page of google. I’m a member too. The administration is active and the members there are wonderful. I learned a lot from both of them. Pat Flynn and Jade Dragon are two names I am familiar with and that’s because I’m active within the IB forum.
I’ve written a few articles so far on InfoBarrel; haven’t made any money yet but I’m going to stick with it. I think the first few topics I picked didn’t have great targeted ads and I’ll try to brainstorm better titles for SEO
