Save Time on Reno Projects

by JadeDragon on July 27, 2010

Recently I’ve been focusing more on my first love for generating passive income – real estate. Anyone that understands real estate knows that reno jobs are often a key way to add value to property and increase the rent that can be charged. Doing a reno is definitely not passive, but the newly finished property will be much easier to manage after trouble makers like old plumbing are replaced.

Online shopping is a good way to reduce the work of renovation and free up time to do more profitable things. Just looking at sinks, copper sinks compete against more popular and usually lower cost Stainless Steel Kitchen Sinks and porcelain sinks. If you want to get your reno job done quickly and with good quality sinks, there is an amazing selection online now.  For example you could buy your Stainless Steel Kitchen Sink from a dealer like Shop Sinks and Faucets.com (linked).

It is just so simple to sit at home and order your sinks, faucets and other reno project needs from home instead of driving all over town and then ordering through a retail store, than having to go back to pick up your sinks. Ordering sinks from the vast online selection makes so much more sense.

There is your passive income real estate tip for the day. If you are not off to buy a sink online, check out this blog post on BP Spills the Coffee.  Cheers
